2.Entry Fee – Rs. 250/ only ( Fees are non refundable).

3.Entries must be submitted online via our website between 01.08.2021 to 15.09.2021

4. No age barrier for the contestants. "Open for Interested".

5.Adult guardians or parents may submit on behalf of minors.

6.Only entries from India are permitted.

7.The duration of the film Must not exceed 10 min.

8.languages accepted include Nepali, Hindi, english.

9.All submitted material must be original, and all rights must be wholly owned by the filmmaker.

10.Film with a theme of spreading propagandas and other content which may be derogatory  from religious and political angle  and content that are are not suitable for public view, are not accepted.

11.Decision taken by the Judges  during elimination in deciding the WINNER of the contest would remain final.

12.Registration  does not mean the winning the contest . No reason will be given as to why your qualifying film was not selected as is customary in all competitions.

13.Any submissions which are incomplete by our final deadline will be disqualified without refund of submission fees.

14. Pratibhako khoj is not liable to expenditure occurred during the production of the film. Moreover, it (pratibhakokhoj)is not responsible for any form damages(mentally/physically)or any event that occur during shooting  at any point of production . 

15.Dispute if any is subject to Darjeeling, India Jurisdiction only.

16.Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. If found any,  Pratibhakokhoj reserves the right to  expel You and your Content from the contest at any time without a prior  notice.

16.THE PARTICIPANT AGREES, CONFIRMS AND WARRANTS THAT HE/SHE HAVE NO RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST OR ORTHER CLAIM WHATSOEVER OVER HIS/HER PERFORMANCE,WORK, PHOTOS SUBMITTED OR CREATED DURING contest AND THE COPYRIGHT IN THE SAME SHALL VEST WITH Pratibhakokhoj IN PERPETUITY FOR ENTIRE WORLD.
